CSCS - Construction Skills Certification Scheme

The CSCS Health & Safety test is the industry standard and has been designed to ensure everyone working in construction has a minimum level of health and safety awareness.

You can now train for and sit your CSCS card in Cambuslang. The CSCS card is now required to get on almost any site.

There are two options

1) CSCS Training

This training costs £210 and can be funded using an Individual Learning Account (ILA). This means it can cost you as little as £10.

The training offers:

  • A tutor led half day training session on Health & Safety
  • The Health & Safety Question & Answer Book (or CD Rom)
  • The Test
  • The CSCS Card
  • Safety Helmet
  • Rigger Boots
  • Hi-Vis Waistcoat

2) Test and Card only

This option costs £55 and offers no training prior to sitting the test. With this option you sit your test and get your CSCS card.
