Using the Telephone
Whether you are requesting an application form, carrying out a job interview or phoning an employer on 'spec' there are certain basic things you can do to improve your chances of being successful.
When telephoning an employer you should:-
- be ready to take your chance
- know what job you're phoning about
- if possible, know who you want to speak to
If you have prepared for the call you will come across as sensible and confident.
